About this opportunity:

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will align strategic business objectives with corresponding IT objectives, participate in IT strategy creation, and formulate synthesized business capability and technology advancement strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Aligning business and IT objectives to drive strategic outcomes
  • Participating in the creation of IT strategies aligned with Enterprise and Business Unit goals
  • Developing business capability and technology advancement roadmaps using high-level business process and IT system architectures
  • Managing an annual IT investment portfolio within budgetary thresholds and business priorities
  • Creating and processing IT investment proposals and Agile Release Trains, collaborating with stakeholders and IT colleagues
  • Serving as IT Lead for investments to ensure successful achievement of scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value outcomes
  • Participating in Steering Committees, Operating Committees, and Agile Program Increment Events to guide activities and make trade-off decisions
  • Providing functional management of Business Analysts deployed on solution delivery projects
  • Supporting risk management, regulatory compliance, Information Security, and audit remediation activities
  • Supporting business continuity and disaster recovery efforts, including creating business impact analyses
  • Supporting the definition and utilization of IT governance processes and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field
  • 15+ years proven experience in IT, with at least 5 years of business partnership experience, including exposure to senior business and IT management
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business and IT groups
