About this role:

We are seeking a leader to oversee our maintenance crew and drive standards to achieve high plant availability and reliability.

  • Provide input into short and long-term maintenance plans
  • Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to ensure high team performance
  • Execute planned, breakdown and improvement work, including minor projects and reliability initiatives
  • Reduce equipment downtime by ensuring maintenance activities are well-planned, staffed and executed safely and efficiently
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, including cost-saving initiatives
