As a Service Centre Supervisor, you will join an international organization big enough to take your career anywhere and small enough to help you get there sooner.

About the Role

This role will be to lead the production team at one of our sites, providing direction and support to the team, ensuring productivity targets are met and leading innovation and change across the afternoon shift. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in an automated and fast-paced industrial production or operations environment
  • The leadership capability to drive and motivate a diverse multi-cultural workforce
  • Solid experience in performance management and conflict resolution
  • A commitment to safety, continuous improvement, innovation, and change
  • Some exposure to production and maintenance planning, embracing the use of technology
  • Strong communication and team building skills
  • Experience in a unionised environment preferred
