Senior Event Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to oversee the smooth execution of events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and able to work independently with a high level of discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the event operations team to ensure top-notch customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the venue in pristine condition with perfect set-ups for events.
- Lead the team to master the art of event set-up and delivery.
- Assist in training and team building initiatives.
- Provide exceptional service to guests while working effectively under pressure.
Requirements:
- Must have the right to work in Australia (minimum 6 months) and flexible weekends and evenings availability.
- Hold a RSA certification and possess a passion for hospitality (hotel background is advantageous).
- Display top-notch English skills and a friendly service attitude.
- Able to look sharp and fit for the job's physical demands.
- Be driven, dedicated, and flexible in any situation.
