
Senior Director of Property Research

As an Executive Leader for Market Analysis, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a content schedule that showcases your expertise in property market analysis. This includes weekly market blogs, regular flagship reports, and topical research publications.
You will act as a spokesperson for our organization, engaging with print, radio, TV, and online media to provide expert commentary on key market events. You will also deliver compelling keynote presentations and tailored briefings to industry bodies, clients, and consumers, enhancing brand awareness and positioning us as the leading voice in property analysis and thought leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining high-quality research content that drives brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Collaborating with analytics, data, and product teams to ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and meet high standards.
- Identifying revenue opportunities via public speaking, report syndication, and consulting activities.
Qualifications include experience as a research leader or senior economist with a strong track record in property market analysis or related fields. Formal qualifications in economics, finance, or related fields are also required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue generation through research products and consulting. They will also be willing and able to travel regularly to key Australian cities and regional locations.
