YOUR ROLE
The Service Delivery Supervisor is responsible for leading a proficient team of Storepersons dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support services for one of CEVA's esteemed clients in the telecommunications industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
- Mentor, develop, and empower your team while cultivating a culture centered on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for customer inquiries, order management, returns, and necessary corrective measures.
- Thoroughly assess and investigate issues related to damaged, lost, or missing items during the goods transaction process.
- Facilitate effective communication with customers regarding damaged stock or the return process, ensuring the successful resolution of orders.
- Oversee the daily flow of inbound and outbound orders, ensuring timely completion while adhering to safety and security protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess direct or relevant experience in supervising a customer service support team across various industries, with a preference for logistics and supply chain.
Additionally, you should have:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with strong stakeholder management, customer service, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills, commercial insight, and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, with a willingness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving technologies.
Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of work eligibility and suitable professional references, and may undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
