Clinical Operations Director

The Practice Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and efficiency of the practice ensuring high-quality clinical care and a safety focus. This role requires strong leadership skills and commercial acumen to deliver performance outcomes and growth.
About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in the full-time Practice Manager position. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading complex medical settings excellent organisational and multitasking skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and patient management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Proven experience in successfully leading a complex or multi-modality medical setting with demonstrated success in delivering high-performance outcomes and growth.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Commercial mindset with a solid understanding of financial and performance-based KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy and a patient-centred focus.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Best Practice & Exact software CPR and first aid certified and possess knowledge of medical terminology and relevant stakeholders.
