Administrative Leadership Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy healthcare facility, ensuring seamless interaction between administrative staff and clinical teams.

  • Managing reception and administrative tasks, including proficiency with front desk software
  • Leading finance operations: payroll, invoicing, budgeting, and reporting using Xero accounting software
  • Recruiting and onboarding non-clinical team members to support practice growth
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS), workers compensation, fair work, and privacy legislation
  • Maintaining a safe, inclusive, trauma-informed environment for staff and clients
  • Coordinating IT systems, facilities management, and infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency
  • Driving marketing initiatives, website content, and community engagement strategies

This role plays a pivotal part in operationalizing strategic plans, driving service improvements, and supporting new initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in practice or operations management within healthcare or related sectors
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication – clear, compassionate, and professional
  • Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft 365, and practice management platforms
  • Understanding of OHS, Fair Work, and privacy legislation requirements
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
