We are seeking an experienced leader to play a key role in the day-to-day management of our youth justice precincts. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for championing operational reform across key areas, including program delivery, infrastructure use, rostering, and staff development.

You will work closely with senior executives and stakeholders to provide specialist advice on strategic, programmatic, and service delivery issues. Your expertise will be essential in planning and managing the delivery of highly specialized operational services in a complex environment.
