Surveillance Analyst – Data Analytics and Reporting

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our surveillance capabilities through advanced data analytics, reporting, and intelligence insights.

About the Job:
  • You will execute data analytics and visualisation activities to support Surveillance operations.
  • You will develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide timely and accurate information.
  • You will provide insights and recommendations on gaming patterns, investigations, and workflow efficiencies.
  • You will support Section 25 compliance reporting and other regulatory requirements.
  • You will prepare analytical reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
  • You will coach team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
  • You will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • You have experience using data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. SQL, Splunk, Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • You have strong communication and report writing skills.
  • You have knowledge of the regulatory environment within the gaming industry.
  • Experience in a casino surveillance environment is preferred.
  • A qualification in Data Science, IT Business Management or a related field is highly desired.
