About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our billing and collection team as a Finance Administration professional. You will be responsible for reconciling services provided to customers against negotiated supports to ensure accurate billing.

  • 12-month fixed-term opportunity
  • Full-time position available
  • You will undertake regular quality compliance checks and make adjustments as required.
  • Verify weekly billing reports to ensure they are ready for sign-off and invoice production.
  • Liaise with operational staff to implement billing and collection practices.

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in administration and/or book-keeping, including client records and service tasks.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with large CRM and Financial Management systems.
  • A strong ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and flexibility in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy environment.
  • Proactive approach and excellent time management skills.
