About The Role

This Finance Administration role within our billing and collection team is responsible for reconciling services provided to customers against negotiated supports to ensure accurate billing.

  • 12-month fixed term opportunity
  • Full-time position
  • Ensuring regular quality compliance checks and making adjustments as required.
  • Verifying weekly billing reports for signoff and invoice production.
  • Liaising with operational staff for implementing billing and collection practices.

About You

  • Prior experience in administration and/or bookkeeping with client records and service tasks.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with large CRM and Financial Management systems.
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
  • Proactive approach and excellent time management skills.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability.
