We are seeking a talented individual to fill a Customer Service Representative role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to our customers.
About the RoleThis customer-facing position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver personalized support and create excellent customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, enquiries and performing administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Process customer orders and/or enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication and organisational skills, including telephone manner and email correspondence.
- Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry.
- Great computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Capable of working under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
