Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our Consulting Suites team at Latrobe Regional Hospital. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Consulting Suites team, including greeting patients, coordinating appointments, and managing day-to-day office practices.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, visitors, and staff to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Proven experience in a customer service environment, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.
