Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Practice & Inclusion Partner to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our Teaching, Learning and Support team, you will play a critical role in driving quality improvements in Early Childhood Education, supporting inclusive learning, and empowering centre teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for all children, particularly the most vulnerable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and advice on matters pertaining to quality, inclusive Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)
- Work collaboratively with Centre Directors, Educators, and families to support teaching, learning, and inclusion for all children
- Develop and implement targeted capacity-building strategies to enhance all children's learning
- Deliver high-quality, inclusive early learning programs aged birth to 8 years
- Lead change and coach high-performing teams
- Build partnerships with community and government networks/resources to develop services and programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A 4-year Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognized university
- Demonstrated capability of supporting and coaching teams to deliver high-quality, inclusive early learning
- Extensive experience in delivering high-quality, inclusive early learning (aged birth to 8 years)
- Comprehensive knowledge of policies, frameworks, and funding supports for children and families
