Leadership Site Engineering

This role involves leading engineering and maintenance activities across a fast-paced FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CAPEX projects, new line installations, and maintaining a team of maintenance fitters and electricians.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all engineering and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve asset reliability.
- Manage CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning, including new line builds and installations.
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to enhance performance and safety.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations to align engineering with business goals.
- Manage external contractors and ensure high standards of safety and performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in Maintenance and Engineering Management within FMCG, Food Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals.
- Proven experience managing CAPEX projects, including installation of new production lines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
