Sun Engineering is currently in the process of installing a large scale automated racking system in Moorebank, Sydney, NSW,

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team, our preference will be given to locals of the Sydney region.

**Responsibilities**:

- You are required to always exhibit leadership behaviour in safety, environmental protection, productivity, quality and the company policies and values
- You will have a number of duties which will vary depending on your workplace and as set by your line manager, but these duties will generally always include
- Organising work activities for workers to complete, allocating specific tasks to specific workers with the relevant skills etc
- Preparing work fronts for work activities to commence, setting up jobs for workers to work on etc
- Conducting QA checks on jobs e.g. dimension checks, bolt tensioning checks etc
- Ensures the quality records and checklist for specific systems and buildings/areas are completed and collated progressively in accordance with project requirements
- Monitoring work activities to ensure they are being done safely and efficiently and meeting quality requirements
- Monitoring certain work activities time keeping will be necessary to ensure efficiency
- You will be accountable for the health and safety of your work crew; their safety and health will be one of your primary daily concerns.
- Sun Engineering's Health and Safety Policy revolves around four primary Health and Safety Principles for ensuring Health and Safety
- Regularly monitor work activities to ensure they are being conducted as safely as reasonably practicable and in accordance with any site and company safety requirements, JSEA's, SWMS and Permits.
- Ensure that any High Risk Construction Work being performed is performed in accordance with the relevant SWMS.
