Job Title: Senior Enablement Manager - APAC Strategic Growth

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enablement Manager to lead our APAC enablement team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enablement strategies that drive sales excellence across diverse regional markets.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-year strategic workforce development plans.
  • Establish workflow intake and content development frameworks.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand regional priorities.
  • Establish and track regional KPIs while allocating resources strategically.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in sales enablement or learning & development.
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of APAC markets and cultural differences.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading strategic workforce development initiatives.
  • Excellence in stakeholder engagement and management.
