High Voltage Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as defined by the service engineering team
  • Perform complex and precise electro-mechanical debug, rework, and repair
  • Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and LV/MV/HV test equipment

Requirements

  • Certified Electrician (Cert III in Electrical/Electro Technology)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience, with at least 3 years' electrical experience within the Utility sector
  • Must have up-to-date Electrical Registration/License and HV switching certification

What You'll Bring

  • Strong computer skills and ability to utilize proprietary and 3rd party OEM software
  • Ability to communicate and function well in a mobile office setting
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings

Additional Information

  • Must be reliable, have good initiative, committed, and quality-focused
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work outdoors, occasionally on the road at unusual hours
