We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Human Resources professional to join our team.

This standalone position requires a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

The successful candidate will provide operational support to Directors and Senior Managers, reviewing and developing policies and procedures to drive business excellence.

Key responsibilities include managing the HRIS system, responding to payroll queries and other HR inquiries, developing employee engagement initiatives, assisting in recruitment and onboarding activities, facilitating performance management and grievance matters, and managing the orientation program.

We seek an individual with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or equivalent, and minimum 2 year experience in a related role.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as high level computer literacy and experience working with management software, are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in overcoming internal barriers, demonstrating resilience and effectively communicating to influence decisions and achieve outcomes.

They will also have a working knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and improving culture and engagement programs, as well as contemporary recruitment experience across all levels of an organization.

This is a full-time position requiring Monday to Friday work hours, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
