Your Role

The primary objective of this position is executing Chubb's Cyber & Technology Practice acceleration strategy.

You will oversee underwriting production management product development marketing and vendor management across both Cyber and Technology Package product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Chubb's acceleration to a dedicated resources model in Cyber and assimilate Cyber and Technology E&O together into the same division in VIC WA and SA.
  • Deliver on new business renewal retention overall production and portfolio profitability targets across both Cyber and Technology Package product lines.
  • Execute key strategic product level projects for the region supporting overall team growth targets.
  • Staff referral training and direct underwriting responsibilities on large key opportunities.
  • Drive underwriting process projects aligned with global cyber and technology strategies.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of Chubb's underwriting philosophy marketing strategy and appetite issues for the Technology and Cyber businesses.
  • Possess expert-level knowledge of underwriting Technology and Cyber business.
  • Able to effectively impart technical skills through instructor-led internal and external training programs.
