We are seeking an experienced Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team.
This is a permanent full-time role that involves providing expert advice and guidance on trade compliance matters.
- The successful candidate will have proven experience and knowledge of international trade compliance practices and theory.
- They will also have knowledge and understanding of, and experience in implementing Australian and US export controls.
- A degree in a business or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience, is required.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in integration and transformation programs, as well as demonstrated successful progression of leadership roles and responsibilities.

The position is based in Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, or Brisbane, with the possibility of domestic and international travel.
Critical RoleAs a Trade Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice and guidance on trade compliance matters.
- Developing and implementing effective trade compliance processes and procedures.
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identifying and mitigating potential trade compliance risks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience and knowledge of International Trade Compliance (ITC) practices and theory.
- Knowledge and understanding of, and experience in implementing Australian and US export controls.
- Degree in a Business or Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in integration and transformation programs.
- Demonstrated successful progression of leadership roles and responsibilities.
