Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to fill a key role in our management team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Act as a Responsible Gaming Officer (RGO) and RSA marshal.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all day-to-day operations.
  • Manage customer service and complaint handling effectively.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • At least 4+ years of experience as a Duty Manager in a licensed club environment.
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of club operations.
  • A strong focus on safety protocols.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of gaming machines, TAB, Keno, bar operations.
  • Excellent communication skills across various stakeholder groups.
