Key responsibilities include:
• Deliver a seamless customer experience by advising on suitable products and services
• Act as the brand representative for HSBC in our branch while engaging directly with clients
• Introduce, promote, and assist clients with digital banking solutions tailored to their needs
• Address customer needs by providing personal banking products and services with a customer-focused approach
• Effectively manage customer feedback and inquiries
• Engage in continuous training and development initiatives
To excel in this role, you will need:
• A proven history of delivering exceptional customer service in banking, sales, hospitality, or retail
• A commitment to enhancing your financial knowledge and advancing your career
• The ability to comprehend and offer solutions that meet individual customer requirements
• A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and making a positive impact
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• The Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification
Preference will be given to candidates with Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or those who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia.
