Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the procurement team on material requirements and supply issues
  • Generate and report on weekly 'At Risks' materials and flag up projected stock shortfalls
  • Develop clear and robust action plans for slow-moving stocks to reduce stock write-off risk
  • Manage, review, and maintain relevant master data settings as it relates to safety stocks, MOQ/ordering lot sizes, and lead times
  • Analyze system downloads to provide raw material requirement forecasts to suppliers
  • Support the vendor OTIF process and finalize OTIF results for allocated portfolio
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain or a related field
  • Solid understanding of supply chain theory and hands-on experience in inventory/materials planning
  • Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated with a drive to succeed in a demanding and challenging working environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines to achieve desired outcomes
Why Join Us?
