Global Implementation Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the global implementation of our prostate cancer initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the adoption and utilization of our portfolio, working as part of a global cross-functional team.

This role involves managing the global and national implementation of board-approved initiatives, leading implementation directors to achieve goals, and developing implementation readiness for all prostate cancer initiatives and programs. The director will also oversee international implementation delivery budgets, guide global and market-specific prostate cancer insights, and ensure effective ways of working within and across national and international teams.

  • Manage the global and national implementation of board-approved prostate cancer initiatives to achieve business plan goals.
  • Lead Implementation Directors to achieve prostate cancer implementation goals.
  • Develop implementation readiness for all prostate cancer initiatives and programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in health or a related field, with a strong background and understanding of prostate cancer. They should have at least 10 years of experience in program implementation and scaling in healthcare, as well as experience with consumer and lived experience engagement.
