Seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead the global implementation of prostate cancer initiatives.

About the Role
  • This leadership position oversees the adoption and utilization of biomedical research, sexual health & wellbeing, health equity, personalized cancer care, and clinical quality initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for implementing global prostate cancer initiatives to achieve business plan goals in partnership with initiative directors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation directors to achieve prostate cancer implementation goals, as defined by implementation plans.
  • Develop implementation readiness for all prostate cancer initiatives and programs to support successful and sustainable program implementation.
Team Leadership and Management
  • Directly manage market-specific implementation directors with direct reports across Australia, Canada, United States, and United Kingdom.
  • Guide and mentor team members around individual development, roles, responsibilities, and business processes.
  • Provide timely performance feedback to team members and identify areas for development at an individual and team level.
Broad Impact
  • Effectively communicate with prostate cancer leadership teams, health institutions, country leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to broader organizational success through representation, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach.

For this role, you'll need:

  • A post-graduate degree in a relevant field such as health services or related disciplines.
  • A strong background and understanding of prostate cancer, ideally in clinical and research environments.
  • Over 10 years of experience in program implementation and program scaling in healthcare.
