Evidence Generation and Capability Project Officer

Lead innovation in clinical care by designing, conducting, and analysing experiential insights from health professionals and consumers to inform healthcare solutions across NSW.

This role supports the Agency for Clinical Innovation in capturing and leveraging knowledge to drive system-wide change. Responsibilities include integrating findings with other sources of evidence through triangulation and developing bespoke capability to inform innovation.

Key skills and experience required include a tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline, proven experience working within health systems or jurisdictions in evidence generation and/or capability, and demonstrated expertise in designing and conducting mixed-method consultations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to rapidly research, interpret, and synthesise complex health information into clear, accurate analysis and reports.

Additional requirements include a commitment to building an inclusive workplace culture that reflects the community served, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be required to work full-time hours and require full working rights in Australia.
