Job Overview

A cloud-native payroll product is being developed by a next-generation, fast-growing SaaS business that will revolutionize how organisations manage one of their most critical functions.

As the QA Lead, you'll have the authority to set quality standards and shape the future of the platform. You'll lead a talented team, embedding quality from strategy through to release, while working alongside passionate engineers and product leaders who strive for perfection.

Impact and Responsibilities
  • Define the QA vision, elevating frameworks, automation, and performance testing.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring growth matches the ambition of the platform.
  • Champion a culture of excellence in quality across product and engineering – influencing, challenging, and elevating the way software is delivered.
  • Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks (Playwright, Selenium, API testing, TypeScript).
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership in QA or Test Management, ideally in SaaS, HR/payroll, or financial systems.
  • Deep automation expertise and hands-on technical strength.
  • Brilliant communication skills – engaging with executives, mentoring juniors, and collaborating with peers effortlessly.
