RPS is seeking a motivated and conceptually strong Landscape Architect with between 2-5 years of professional experience to join our Brisbane studio.

About The Role Based in Fortitude Valley, you will work alongside a talented group of landscape architects, urban designers and planners on a diverse portfolio ranging from high density residential, affordable housing, urban realm and public open spaces to education precincts and master planned communities.
This role is ideal for a graduate with 2+ years industry experience who is ready to contribute meaningfully across all stages of design - from concept through to delivery.
What You'll Do Assist with site analysis, concept development, design documentation and construction detailing Produce high-quality drawings, reports and presentations using Auto CAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite Support senior team members with project coordination and delivery Engage with clients, consultants and stakeholders under guidance Contribute to a positive team culture that values quality, accountability and innovation What You Bring A degree in Landscape Architecture (AILA-accredited)2+ years of professional experience in a consultancy or design practice A strong foundation in design thinking and problem-solving Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Photoshop, In Design and Microsoft Office Emerging skills in hand drawing and visual communication Awareness of relevant codes, standards and council requirements A current open driver's licence What We Offer A supportive, design-led culture where your ideas are valued Access to high-profile and diverse projects across Queensland and beyond Mentorship from experienced senior professionals Career development pathways and professional training Flexible working arrangements and a positive work-life balance An inclusive work environment with genuine team camaraderie If you are ready to grow your career in a well-established and forward-thinking Brisbane team, we would love to hear from you.
