Job Overview

The role of Senior IT Infrastructure Manager presents a unique opportunity to lead and manage a high-performing team responsible for the organization's entire infrastructure environment.

In this strategic leadership position, you will be responsible for the operational management of the teams including people, financial, and vendor management. Additionally, you will contribute to and set the strategic direction of the team's capabilities and services.

  • This organisation has seen strong growth over the past few years, acquiring a number of businesses and expanding their footprint to have offices in all major cities in Australia.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the organisation and driving business growth through the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Operational management of the IT Infrastructure team
    • Strategic planning and direction setting
    • People, financial, and vendor management
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications
    • Proven experience working within Investment / Wealth Management and highly regulated financial service environments
    • Demonstrated experience managing high-performing teams with a strong hands-on background in IT Infrastructure
