The Role:
  • A skilled culinary professional to join a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Experience working in à la carte, functions and events, delivering high-quality and innovative food.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to provide exceptional quality hospitality service.
  • Prepared to work across multiple outlets including café service, large functions.
  • Flexible availability during weekdays and occasional weekend events.
