Job Title: Service Delivery Leader

As a key member of our team, the Director of Service plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care programs to children. The position demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for creating enriching experiences for primary-aged kids.

About the Role:
  • The Director of Service will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of care programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • They will work closely with schools and partners to build strong relationships and engage the community through various events and initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will possess autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver daily programs that are both fun and enriching for the children.
  • Foster fun relationships with children and their families by connecting, inspiring, and delighting them.
  • Manage and roster a team of passionate educators who share a common goal of delivering exceptional care services.
  • Ensure compliance and medical documentation are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community by promoting a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.
Requirements:
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine love for working with kids.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, parents, and children.
  • Confident interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and manage conflicts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
  • Natural leadership abilities with an eye for detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification (includes Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work).
