Program Overview

As a 2IC, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on preferences of children in your program (programming)
  • Support program compliance, ensuring high quality service that exceeds industry standards.
  • Build strong relationships with school, including parents & wider community.
  • Play and have fun with primary school aged children
  • Opportunity to develop Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Passionate about kids, positive attitude and love to have fun
  • Strong team player and leader who loves to lead a team to success.
  • Keen to learn and develop skills in this industry.
  • Outstanding communication skills and desire to WOW customers.
  • Recognised qualification or willingness to pursue traineeship desired.
