Lead a Team of Hospitality Professionals

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager or Assistant Venue Manager to join our team in Regional QLD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of our venues, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our venues, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer relations.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Elevate guest experiences by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every visit is memorable.
  • Drive business success by managing staffing, scheduling, and inventory, while maintaining efficient operations.
  • Champion safety and compliance by ensuring adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements
  • Candidates must hold a current Approved Manager License, RMLV, RSA, RSG, and CLO (or be willing to obtain).
  • Proven experience in managing teams in a hospitality environment, with strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
