Child Health Research Specialist

As a key member of our research team, we are seeking a Research Associate to support our mission in advancing population child health.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing statistical and epidemiological expertise for intervention-based studies and grant applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research activities, including surveys, literature reviews, data collection, and recording results using appropriate research methods under the guidance of a research leader.
The position requires presenting research outcomes through suitable channels, including conferences and/or workshops. You will report directly to the Head of Population Child Health research group and have no direct reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A PhD in Epidemiology/Statistics or a related discipline is required.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, and Stata, with previous experience working with large datasets is essential.
- Experience working in trial design and evaluation would be beneficial.
