**Job Overview:**

We seek an experienced Merchandise Planner to support our Superdry brand in Richmond. As Product Assortment Planner, you will plan and forecast stock needs to ensure optimal stock levels, drive sales growth, and manage inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing sales trends and product performance data using advanced Excel skills.
  • Developing assortment strategies for physical stores and online platforms.
  • Managing product plans, covering brand, category, quantity, margin, and assortment strategies.
  • Monitoring product profitability and customer demand.
  • Building financial plans to align with business goals and profitability targets.
  • Coaching direct reports to ensure team development and growth.
  • Buiding strong relationships with key business partners, including suppliers, IT, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Merchandise Planning role or similar.
  • Experience in the Retail industry is highly regarded.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you'll enjoy generous discounts across our brands, paid parental leave, volunteer leave, and more.
