About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our Just Jeans Planning team. This role will involve working closely with the Product Managers to develop and manage department financial plans, with the goal of maximising financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop seasonal budgets in collaboration with the product team.
  • Implement and manage assortment plans to achieve department financial KPIs.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial projections.
  • Provide feedback on merchandise to the product design and sourcing teams.
  • Conduct pre and post-review analysis and preparation.
  • Manage department stock levels and stock turn.
  • Undertake key in-season and post-season analysis.
  • Actualise line projections and participate in forward forecasts with the Planning Manager.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in merchandise planning is highly advantageous.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, option planning, managing OTB, and inventory management.
  • Passion for retail and analytical skills.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word.
