Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our infrastructure projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resource allocation and risk management.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of project staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, forecasting and reporting, ensuring costs are controlled and monitored effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management, preferably with a contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A current driver's licence.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior TMR Pre-Qualification as a PMC01 would be an advantage. Possession of a postgraduate qualification in engineering or a related field may also be beneficial.
