Job Description

Your role as a Mobile Lending Manager is to utilize your lending expertise in building strong, lasting relationships within the local community and driving business growth.

  • Proactively identify new opportunities, establish referral partnerships, and acquire new customers through strategic networking.
  • Provide customers with confidence and peace of mind by guiding them seamlessly through the lending process.
  • Strengthen your community presence by building your personal brand, nurturing existing Community Bank relationships, and expanding your network through active participation in local events.
  • Leverage your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and help future-proof their financial success.
  • Develop lasting relationships within the community and position yourself as a trusted lending expert who's always ready to support customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively building a strong pipeline, guiding customers through the lending process, strengthening community presence, leveraging credit analysis expertise, and developing lasting relationships within the community.

Requirements:
  • Extensive consumer lending experience.
  • Strong networks and ability to self-generate new business opportunities.
  • High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly.
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills.
  • Understanding of small business offerings.
