**Mobile Banking Specialist Job Opportunity**

 

We are looking for a talented and experienced Mobile Banking Specialist to join our team. As a Mobile Banking Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers.

This is a truly rewarding role where no two days are ever the same. You will be given the flexibility and autonomy to prioritise your own workday and arrange meetings with customers via Zoom or face-to-face.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Home / Mortgage Lending or Credit products and possess exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder management experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver a professional, seamless and efficient service to our customers by educating them on NAB's suite of Lending products.
  • Sales Performance: Expand your portfolio of customers and continuously strive to build high-quality referral networks.
  • Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to create business opportunities, referrals and community presence.

 

Requirements:
  • Experience: Established, significant experience in Home / Mortgage Lending or Credit products.
  • Autonomy: Self-motivation and dedication to work in a highly autonomous role.
  • Communication Skills: Charisma, drive, ambition and a genuine appetite to help customers achieve their financial goals.
