Principal Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced educational leader to join our team as Principal of Rosebery Primary School. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for leading and managing the school's operations, ensuring high-quality education and student outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of dedicated educators and support staff to deliver innovative teaching and learning programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement.
  • Manage school resources, finances, and infrastructure to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, community members, and other educational leaders, to build strong relationships and promote student success.

Requirements:

  • Proven contemporary strategic leadership knowledge, skills, and experience in a primary setting or equivalent context.
  • Proven superior knowledge of contemporary teaching and learning programs relevant to complex and challenging, culturally diverse school environments.
  • Proven skills in the management of school infrastructure, resources, and finances.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
