Job Description:

">Responsibilities:">

  2. Plan and oversee electrical projects from initiation to final handover, ensuring timelines, scope and quality are met.">
  3. Manage multiple concurrent projects across major and minor works with consistent delivery standards.">
  4. Develop and monitor project schedules, tracking milestones for timely completion.">
  5. Coordinate project closeout activities, including inspections, documentation and client handover.">
  6. Work with teams to set and manage project parameters.">
  7. Optimise resource allocation to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.">
  8. Review and approve project-related timesheets for accuracy and compliance.">
  9. Provide data and reports for internal analysis and leadership visibility.">
  10. Ensure accurate and timely project invoicing.">
  11. Lead and mentor site supervisors and project team leaders, offering support and guidance to meet deliverables.">
  12. Allocate teams according to skillsets and project requirements.">
  13. Deliver thorough handovers from project planning to site leadership.">
  14. Review internal designs for constructability and provide feedback.">
  15. Maintain professional communication with clients, creating a positive project experience.">
  16. Liaise with teams on project variations and approval.">
  17. Escalate or mitigate project risks that may impact budget, timelines or safety.">
  18. Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly.">
  19. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specs and company standards.">
  20. Work with teams to uphold safety and quality standards.">
  21. Promote a safety-first culture among field teams and ensure safety procedures are completed thoroughly.">
  22. Provide exceptional leadership to the project team and broader business, motivating people to do their best.">
