Strategic Finance Leader

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our leadership team as a Strategic Finance Leader. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our financial strategies and driving commercial success.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will work closely with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations that support business objectives and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management on key business decisions and investments.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports to inform business strategies and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance, including significant expertise in FP&A.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and excellent commercial acumen.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and willingness to go above and beyond defined scope.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Finance or corporate finance qualification (e.g., CFA, ACA, or CIMA).
  • Experience working in a digital company is beneficial.
  • Exposure to the online travel/e-commerce industry is a plus.
