Priding themselves on a commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability, a new opportunity has presented itself for a HSEQ Systems Specialist.

Your new role

This dedicated and experienced professional will be responsible for all aspects of HSEQ for the business. The successful candidate will have a solid background in ensuring that all health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards are met across our projects.
In addition, you will be responsible for
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
  • ISO Audit requirements and specifics
  • Provide training and support to staff on HSEQ matters (if required)
  • Investigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit HSEQ reports to management.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the civil engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
