About the Role
  • Develop and implement quality systems, audits and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Lead accreditation cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve best practice outcomes.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in health, management or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or extensive experience in quality and compliance, preferably in healthcare, community or not-for-profit sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading accreditation and quality frameworks, with a strong understanding of compliance, risk and continuous improvement processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency, valid driver's license, police check and current immunisation status (including COVID and flu vaccinations).
