**Job Title:** Senior Care Manager

">**About The Role**

As a Senior Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents across our facilities. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in supervising and coordinating care teams to provide holistic support to each resident.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Senior Care Manager to join our team at our facility in Victoria.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide social and emotional support to all residents, focusing on individual needs, wishes, and goals.
  • Support the coordination of care needs across the facility, including medication management, nutrition, hydration, pressure care management, and more.
  • Lead/supervise care on shifts, within designated wings or areas, promoting effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Perform medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope of qualification, state/territory legislation, regulation, and facility policies/procedures for delegation and supervision.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Relevant qualifications: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with AHPRA Registration to administer medication)
  • High level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness required to maintain confidentiality and upholds ethical standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills essential for interacting with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to understand and use information technology and programs, with a willingness to learn new skills as required.
  • Current National Police Check mandatory for this position.
  • Working knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Infection Control protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
