We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3PL Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehousing and operations management, with experience in leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

As a 3PL Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics operations, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing overall 3PL logistics operations
  • Coordinating with and managing internal teams
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations staff
  • Overseeing documentation and compliance processes
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing guidance and mentorship
  • Preparing reports, forecasts, and budgets to track operational performance

Successful candidates will possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations. They will also have strong IT capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft suite and CRM software.
