Job Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer portfolios, ensuring accurate bookings, pickups, and scheduling of transportation between customers, service providers, and receivers.
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation, processing through our systems in accordance with operational process standards.
  • Communicate delays and work autonomously to solve challenges and meet client delivery needs.

Key Skills:

  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a compliant and complete shipment process in a timely manner, document customer needs for future use, and maintain an excellent working relationship with clients.
  • Operational Excellence: Understand and comply with internal process standards to complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation, customer billings, and system updates.
  • Service Provider Relationships: Build strong partnerships with multiple service providers to ensure high-level client service, and accurately and timely invoice service providers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the logistics field is an advantage.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Courteous customer service both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional people and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
