A key role in our organization is the International Logistics Controller, who will be responsible for leading International Logistics activities and providing direction and leadership for multiple customers and incoterms.

This position offers learning and insight opportunities for motivated individuals who are eager to grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage operational capabilities across customers and incoterms for On-Time delivery to Wharf and manage exceptions as required.

Responsibility for international Intercompany and Customer export and import to Australia from Intercompany or third-party manufacturers.

Manage internal and external relationships through operational activities.

Monitor contractual and financial performance, inventory management, and suitable controls.

Manage logistics queries and issues across business functions and project planning.

Utilize SAP systems and other internal controls and processes for data analysis within the Logistics Team.

Deliver audit and SOX compliance according to the prescribed schedule.

Ingredients for Success:

Proven knowledge and/or experience within supply chain, logistics, and managing 3PL.

Well-organized time management skills.

Articulate communication, written and presentation skills.

Basic financial and business skills and simple spreadsheeting capability.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
